Funds deposited into your veewise account are held as a gaming balance and are not interest-bearing. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or local e-wallet in PHP. To submit a withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending until verification is finalised.

veewise reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. If a withdrawal request is under review, the funds remain in your account balance during that period. We will notify you via your registered contact details if additional information is required.
Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, system errors, or violations of these Terms may be voided and are not eligible for withdrawal.
All game results on veewise — including sports betting outcomes, live casino results, slot spins, eBingo draws, fish game sessions, and poker hands — are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets or wagers placed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.

In the event of a technical fault or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, veewise reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to your account balance. Where a promotion requires you to meet wagering or turnover conditions before a bonus balance or winnings can be withdrawn, those conditions will be stated clearly in the promotional terms. veewise does not guarantee any specific bonus amount, frequency, or availability.
Abuse of promotional terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim an offer more than once, or using technical exploits — will result in forfeiture of any bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the available balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Funds associated with prohibited conduct are not eligible for return.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a player-closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method once any open bets have been settled.
veewise provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service continuity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, veewise's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the value of the affected bet or transaction. veewise is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
